Details you enter
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, project location, service required and project description. A budget range is optional. The website prepares a WhatsApp link in your browser; it has no enquiry database or submission backend.
Typing into the form does not send those details to SIID. Selecting “Send details on WhatsApp” passes the prepared message in a link to WhatsApp. You can review it before sending. The website does not save form entries in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may provide its own autofill or history features.
WhatsApp, telephone, email and Instagram
Contact links open the relevant external service or app. When you send an enquiry, SIID receives the information you choose to share through that service and uses it to discuss your project. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not include sensitive documents in your initial enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. Images, fonts and site files are served with the site. No map or social-media feed is embedded. Visiting a page does not automatically load Instagram or WhatsApp.
Owner account and website content
The owner area uses ChatGPT sign-in, managed by the hosting platform. Only the configured owner account can edit this website. The sign-in provider handles credentials and essential authentication cookies; this website does not store an owner password. Administrative changes require authentication and request verification.
Website text, gallery details, team profiles and uploaded photos are stored using Cloudflare D1 and R2 through Sites hosting. Photos are resized in the editor and camera and location metadata is removed before upload. Content is displayed when the owner saves it. Up to 20 earlier content saves are retained for recovery. Uploaded images remain stored for use in current and previous content. These records are separate from visitor enquiries.
Technical access information
Sites and Cloudflare process technical information needed to deliver and secure this website, such as IP addresses, request paths and connection details. ChatGPT sign-in is used only when entering the owner area. Provider processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
